Usage & Serving Suggestions: Knackwurst are traditionally served hot, but can be served cold straight from the pack. To heat, simmer in hot water for approximately 10 minutes, or grill, BBQ or microwave. Traditionally served with Sauerkraut and German style mustard with a bread roll for lunch or potato as a main meal.
