Hans Strassburg 375g
Hans Strassburg is a mild flavoured pre cooked sausage based on traditional recipes from the Alsace region of France, made from finely minced lean meats, lightly seasoned and smoked.
Remove casing prior to consumption. Hans Strassburg can be diced through pasta and rice dishes or as a pizza topping. Eat cold on sandwiches and salads. For a tasty burger, slice thickly, grill and place in a bread roll with sliced beetroot, tomato and lettuce and cheese. Traditionally, Strassburg is consumed with eggs, sliced and fried with fresh tomatos for breakfast.
