Bacon & Eggs

  • 125g Hans 97% Fat Free Bacon
  • 12 Button mushrooms
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Slices of bread


  1. Pan fry Hans 97% Fat Free Bacon until cooked. Remove from pan.

  2. Add mushrooms and fry in pan until golden brown. Remove from pan.

  3. Crack eggs into egg rings and fry in pan. When eggs are almost cooked, place bacon and mushrooms back in fry pan.

  4. Serve with toast.
