Chicken Flame-Thrower Pizza

  • Pre-made pizza bases
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 Chicken breast
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried thyme leaves
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Pinch of ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • Hans Sliced Peperoni Salami
  • 1 Fresh jalapeno chilli
  • 1 Small Spanish onion, finely sliced
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Rocket leaves
  • Dried chilli flakes


  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C.

  2. Marinate the chicken breast in olive oil, thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt and pepper and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes.

  3. Heat the chicken in a fry pan on high heat until lightly browned. Place the whole pan with the chicken in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cover with foil for 5 minutes to allow to cool. Once cool, slice thinly.

  4. Build your pizza with a thin layer of pizza sauce and a generous sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. Cover the base with Hans Sliced Peperoni. Lay some of the sliced chicken breast on top and sprinkle over the onion, feta and jalapeno.

  5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
