Mini Gourmet Pizza Combos

Ingredients

  • Mini pizza bases

  • Hans Sopressa salami

  • Hans Chorizo

  • Hans Hungarian salami

  • Tomato passata

  • Basil leaves

  • Olives

  • Capsicum

  • Spring onions

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 210 degrees.

2. Arrange mini pizza bases on a baking tray. Spread tomato passata on to the bases.

3. Topping ideas:

• Add Hans Sopressa salami that has been cut into strips, top with grated mozzarella, finely chopped capsicum and spring onions
• Basil leaves topped with Hans Hungarian salami and mozzarella
• For a spicy option, add Hans Chorizo (sliced), olives and mozzarella

4. Bake until golden and serve!
