Perfect Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 600g Potatoes
  • 60g Red salad onion or shallots, finely diced
  • 150g Hans 97% Fat Free Sliced Champagne Leg Ham, cut into small squares
  • 125mL Light mayonnaise
  • 125mL Light sour cream
  • 20g Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into 2cm cubes and steam or boil in lightly salted water until tender and drain

  2. While warm, combine with onions and Hans 97% Fat Free Sliced Champagne Leg Ham

  3. Beat mayonnaise and sour cream together, and add parsley, salt and pepper

  4. Stir through salad
