Champagne Ham, Pinenut & Bean Salad

  • 125g Hans Champagne Ham
  • 440g Tin of Butter Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 200g Green beans
  • 200g Yellow beans
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian parsley, roughly chopped
  • 80g Pinenuts, toasted
  • 2 Tablespoons Virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon rind, finely grated


  1. Blanch beans in boiling water 3-4 minutes, refresh under cold water and drain

  2. Mix butter beans, green beans, yellow beans, Italian parsley and pinenuts in a large bowl.

  3. To make dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar and lemon rind together

  4. Toss salad well with dressing

  5. Arrange salad on a serving platter & fold Hans Champagne Ham slices around the edges
