Usage & Serving Suggestions:

Pre-heat oven to 180°C.  Loosen the rind and using your fingers gently pull the rind away from the ham.  Using a sharp pointed knife, make shallow cuts at 4cm intervals into the ham in a diamond pattern.  Bake ham for 45-60 minutes, brushing with glaze frequently.  Allow to cool in the refrigerator.

Storage: Store below 4°C. Cover ham with a clean cotton cloth, bag or tea towel moistened in a solution of 2 cups water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Moisten again every 3 days. Left over pieces can be packed in an airtight container then frozen at -18°C for up to one month. Once thawed ham is best used in cooked recipes only.
