Usage & Serving Suggestions:

Pre-heat oven to 180°C.  Loosen the rind and using your fingers gently pull the rind away from the ham.  Using a sharp pointed knife, make shallow cuts at 4cm intervals into the ham in a diamond pattern.  Bake ham for 45-60 minutes, brushing with glaze frequently.  Allow to cool in the refrigerator.

Traditionally cured, fully cooked on the bone premium leg ham. Naturally wood smoked.
