Salami with Asian Vegetables
Ingredients
2 x 100g Hans Shaved Hungarian Salami 1 onion, chopped 150g mushrooms, sliced 1 tsp crushed ginger 1 red capsicum, chopped ¼ Chinese cabbage 1 bunch bok choy ¼ cup sweet soy sauce 100g snow peas Oil for frying
Method
- In a wok or large skillet, fry Hans Shaved Hungarian Salami, onion, mushrooms and ginger for 4-5 minutes
- Add chopped capsicum and cabbage and stir fry for a few more minutes
- Add bok choy, soy sauce and snow peas
- Cover with a lid and steam for 3-4 minutes, then serve straight away
