Kabana Canapes
Ingredients

2 pieces lavash bread or other thin wraps
2 kabanas
1 tub herb flavoured spreadable cream cheese
3-4 tablespoons smooth fruit chutney or mild sweet chilli sauce
Shredded lettuce

Method
  • Spread the lavash or wraps on one side with the cream cheese, then add chutney or chilli sauce in the middle, and cover the middle section with shredded lettuce.
  • Add a kabana to each, then roll up.
    Cut into 60 cm pieces, then cut each piece diagonally across the middle to give pointed wedges.
  • Stand on a platter, and serve within an hour of preparing.
