Reduced Fat Salami & Olive Salad
Ingredients

Salad
1 x 100g Hans 40% Reduced Fat Hungarian Salami
1 large fancy lettuce or 180g of gourmet lettuce mix
½ cup stuffed olives
½ cup of gerkins
¼ cup pine nuts
3 shallots, chopped

Dressing

1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp cider vinegar
¼ cup olive oil

Method

Salad

  • Cut salami slices and gherkins into strips and cut olives in half
  • In a large bowl, mix together washed lettuce with all remaining ingredients
  • Drizzle dressing over salad and serve straight away

Dressing

  • Whisk ingredients together
