Prosciutto, Potato & Rosemary Pizza
Ingredients
1 pack Hans Prosciutto
2 medium pre-baked pizza bases
6 tbsp of tomato pizza or pasta sauce
1 tbsp rosemary leaves
1 large potato, peeled and sliced thin into 2-3 mm rounds
2 cups of rocket leaves
Olive oil
Sea salt and ground black pepper, to season
Method
  • Pre-heat oven to 220°C
  • Spread tomato sauce over each pizza base
  • Place slices of potato over each base to cover
  • Spray lightly with olive oil
  • Lay slices of the Hans Prosciutto over the top, leaving the edges of the potato exposed
  • Sprinkle with rosemary leaves and season with sea salt and pepper
  • Bake in oven on top shelf for 10 - 15 minutes until crisp and potato is cooked. Top with rocket leaves
