Sunshine Kabana Kebabs
Ingredients

Kebab
1 x 500g Hans Kabana, diagonally sliced
1 x 440g tin of pineapple pieces
10 wooden skewers
Ginger sauce
375ml ginger marmalade
125ml lemon juice

Method

Kabab

  • Alternate pieces of Hans Kabana and pineapple on a skewer.
  • Baste with ginger sauce then grill, barbecue or microwave until sizzling.

Ginger Sauce

  • Combine ginger marmalade with lemon juice and stir over low heat until smooth
