Strassburg Stir Fry

Strassburg Stir Fry
Ingredients

500g Hans Strassburg, sliced then cut into strips
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ red capsicum, cut into strips
3 shallots, sliced
6-8 small broccoli flowerets
Handful of snow peas
2 small bok choy or other Chinese greens, leaves separated
2 tbsp stir-fry sauce
Salt and pepper
Hot or sweet chilli sauce to taste
125g rice noodles, boiled for 3-4 minutes and drained

Method
  • Heat a wok and add the oil. Lightly brown the sausage strips and remove
  • Add the capsicum, shallots and broccoli and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, then add the snow peas and bok choy and cook briefly
  • Add the stir fry sauce, salt and pepper to taste and return the sausage to the wok
  • Toss on medium heat until well mixed, and add chilli sauce to taste
Serving Suggestion
Serve over the rice noodles, or if preferred over steamed white rice.
