Dinner

Hans BBQ Sizzlers 500g, grilled
1 large onion, finely sliced
1½ tbsp oil
2 tbsp fruit chutney
1½ cups mild curry sauce
1 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
Chopped coriander or basil

• In a nonstick pan fry the onions in the oil until lightly browned
• Add the fruit chutney and curry sauce and simmer for 5-7 minutes
• Mash the flour into the butter and stir into the sauce to thicken. Season to taste and add the grilled Hans BBQ Sizzlers
• Warm in the sauce, then stir in the herbs
• Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or mashed sweet potato, and extra fruit chutney
