Description:
Skinless mini Hot Dogs made from finely minced pork and beef mildly seasoned and lightly wood smoked. A perfect snack for children of all ages.
Suggested Usage:
Li'l Frankies can be eaten cold but heating emphasises their delicious flavour. Simmer in hot water for 5 minutes. Li'l Frankies can also be BBQ'd, grilled or heated in a microwave oven. Entertaining idea - split "par baked" dinner rolls along the top, spread with mild mustard or grated cheese and place a Li'l Frankie in roll. Heat in a "moderate" oven for 10 minutes and serve.
