Kookwurst is made from finely minced pork and beef using a traditional Dutch recipe, lightly seasoned, filled into a natural casing to give the tradtional horseshoe shaped sausage, then lightly, naturally wood smoked.

Suggested Usage:

Ready to serve, but if you prefer hot, simmer for 10-15 minutes. Do not boil. For a quick tasty meal, slice and serve on toast or add to your favourite soup.
